Rezjomon’s Earrings

The two earrings must be worn together for the items to be effective. When worn in opposite ears, utterance of the command word ‘Cautious’ engenders the wearer with abilities as per the clairaudience spell. Utterance of the command word once again deactivates the earring’s abilities (if done by the wearer).

If the earrings are active, and the wearer moves, then he must pass a CON(stitution) check every ten yards (10yd) of movement, or feel nautious, disoriented, and sick (-3 penalty To Hit); stopping will negate these penalties.
