The white wyrsa are built like their darker cousins -- a cross between a grayhound and a snake, with long, wiry limbs and neck, and soft, supple scales. Like the black wyrsa, they are the size of a small horse, only they glow with a faintly phosphorescent sheen.

Combat: White wyrsa deal 1d6 points of damage with each set of fore-claws. However, their bite deals 1d12 points of damage, and also contains a neurotoxic venom. The venom of the white wyrsa paralyzes its pray for 2d4 rounds; a successful save versus poisons with a -2 penalty negates the venom. Once paralyzes, a white wyrsa will move on to more 'interesting' prey in the area, before returning to casually eat its victim while its alive.

Habitat/Society: White wyrsa tend to be more independant than black wyrsa, though they still hunt as a pack. There will be no real pack leader, though several of the more agressive wyrsa may be in limited control. They are not known to reproduce.

Ecology: The white wyrsa were apparently black wyrsa eggs that were laid in a pool of stagnant magic. This appears to be a fairly common occurance, as black wyrsa eggs can last for a decade before hatching.
