====== Maroth ======

Maroth is a Class I gas giant under [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sudarsky's_gas_giant_classification]] system.  It is the second planet in the Ekiras System, and supports two Class M planets, each supporting humanoid life.  The view from Gaeleth is considered to be similar to viewing Jupiter at the moon's distance from earth, even though Maroth is larger than Jupiter ([[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1Yi58jtNdY]]).  Maroth gives off significant infrared and visible red light, keeping its Class M worlds warm despite their distance from Ekiras.
